School Days

As Kathryn is getting more and more excited about school being over soon and summer right around the corner, my thoughts of school are gearing up! We have decided to start homeschooling this coming school year! When I first began to feel the prompting of the Holy Spirit to think about homeschooling  I thought yeah right. Not because I just did not want to do it but because I let my mind go strait to the fact that I not only have my almost seven year old that I would be teaching but three other little ones 2 and under. I let me get in the way. But quickly all my thoughts were on homeschooling. I could not get it out of my head. So I began looking into it and looking at curriculum and talking with people who homeschool. We talked with Kathryn about what she thought about it. She was super excited! We talked about all the things that would be different and she said that she really wanted to do this. So, while she is enjoying her summer off, as we all will, I will be gearing up for this new part of our journey! IT is exciting!!!

All healthy

We are all finally healthy! Chris bless his heart has finally gone back to work. He went back tonight and I miss him so much! HE was not able to do much of anything while he was home because of all the problems he had but I he was here! Now he is at work and I miss him! My partner and best friend is not with me and it makes me sad! However I am so very thankful that he is all well!!!!!!!! I have not heard anything from the dr about me so that is supposed to be my good news!!!!!! No news is good news!!!!!!! We are all healthy and I am so thankful!

Where to Start?

Boy oh boy! What a crazy two weeks we have had in our house! Chris had his surgery two weeks ago today and he is headed to the doctor's office right now because he is still having complications that are preventing him from returning to work. I pray something is able to be done. We don't have clue what is going on. All of us girls have had some sort of stomach bug but thankfully it was not to bad for the little girls but it hit me like a ton of bricks. We have moved on though. I don't know what the out come of Chris's doctors visit will be today but I do know that God has us in His hand and is not going to let go!
