Medical Updates

It has been a busy week around here. Last Friday Chris had a vasectomy. Bless his heart things have been rough for him. The doctor had a very hard time getting everything done the way it needed to be and Chris is not having an easy recovery. He is now on his second round of pain medicine as well as an antibiotic(just as a precaution) . He is supposed to return to work Friday night on his regular schedule but the doctor  is not so sure Chris will be ready for that. So he is off and can't do anything. It is driving him crazy. I went and had my MRI done yesterday. That was hands down the worst thing ever. I do not like close tight spaces so being stuck in an MRI tube was not fun. I almost had a panic attack, but Jesus is so good and as  I said His name over and over again I calmed down and was able to let them finish. I was told that my doctor should have the results in a few days. If I don't here anything then there is nothing to really be concerned about going on and will just go to my follow up next month. If there is something going on then I will here from my doctor. I would really like to hear either way. So I will update when I have updates. Thanks to everyone who has been praying for us. We really really appreciate it!

Dr. Update

Went to the neurologist yesterday. He did all sorts of little test to check all of my neurological skills out. I passed all of those. The only area I had an issue with was when he told me to close my eyes as tight as I could and not to let him open them, and he proceeded to try to lift them. He could open my right eye. That is the side of my face that I was having issues with before. HE thinks that I may have had a mild case of bells palsy and that would have been why my face did what it did and why I lost my taste. Good thing is those things have all but fixed themselves. As far as the headaches and the dizziness goes he does not know why those are happening. So, I am going to have an MRI done on March 22nd and will follow up with him in April. HE does not think there is anything going on but wants to look in my head just to see if there is an answer to my headaches and dizziness there. So, he said he is not concerned, there are no signs that there is anything really wrong and we will go from here. The doctor I went and saw was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Chasity Smiles

On March 4th our little Chasity started sharing her beautiful smile with us. Here are a few pictures I got of her great little smile and a few others.

Chasity at two months old!

Chasity had her two month check up today. She is 21 1/2 inches, 9lbs 13.5 oz . She is a petite little thing! Both her height and weight are in the 25th percentile and her head is in the 10th. I guess we are going to have two almost off the chart  children- Kathryn and Sara Grace and two on the opposite end Samuel and Chasity. Lots of Milestones

There have been lots of  milestones around here this week so I thought I would write about them. Kathryn is continuing to do great in school. Going to meet her AR(reading) goal again this nine weeks. She is in first grade and can read third grade book with no problem. Samuel has stopped using a paci!!!!!! And is continuing with his potty training. Sara Grace is Finally sleeping through the night. Chasity has slept through the night two nights in a row! Now granted that last one is her going to bed at midnight and getting up at six or seven, but that is all night for me! My body does not know what to think. It will be great when my bladder gets used to being in bed all night too! So those are the milestones of this past week. Tomorrow Chasity will be two months old! The time just goes so fast. Our Anniversary is Tuesday. We will have been married for 8 years! Sara grace will be 15 months old this month. Yep, lots of milestones! And I am looking forward to so many more.

Baby items

Hello all. I just wanted to let you know that I have two baby items that I am selling if anyone is interested. I have a beautiful pink and white baby bassinet. It is like new. Chasity has to sleep in a certain position for her reflux so she had to have something different to sleep in. Anyway, it is great fro being able to move baby around from room to room. it can be stationary or can rock. The bassinet part itself can be removed and the rest used as a changing table. It also has a storage basket below to keep handy anything you want to have nearby for baby.

I also have a nursing pillow. It is the brand My Brest Friend. You can look them up on line. They are fantastic, This one is new and I did not get to use it as Chasity was unable to nurse.

I am asking 100.00 obo for the bassinet. and 35.00 for the pillow. If you or anyone you know might be interested please let me know. Thanks.
